Return Information

In addition to your legal cancellation right, PUMA offers you voluntarily an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge.

How to return

We offer free returns following the below return method up to 30 days after delivery.

During our festive period, we offer free returns for up to 60 days after your purchase date. This only applies to orders placed between the dates of 23/11/2023 and 19/12/2023.

Please use the return label provided within your parcel and hand in at your closest Evri parcelshop:

If you don't have a return label, You can return your order by creating your own return label via the Evri Return Portal and by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Return Portal link, search for the PUMA brand and fill out the form.
  2. Either generate a QR code or print out your return label and include the completed return note inside your parcel.
  3. Attach the return label to the outside of your parcel or take your QR and hand it over at the nearest Evri service location: Find your nearest ParcelShop.
  4. Please keep the receipt/Proof of Postage - This will be required to investigate any issues with your return. It will not be possible to process a refund without the Proof of Postage.

Bear in mind that the created return label is only valid for 7 days after creation.

It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive the goods, conduct our quality checks and issue the refund. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange your purchased styles for technical reasons. Please place a new order on uk.puma.com/gb/en
