Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Competition, participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and unconditionally.

Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter, their affiliates or parties engaged in the conduct of the Competition as well as any other affiliated companies, family members and other persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Participants warrant that all information provided in connection with the Competition is true and correct. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participants may be excluded from participation in the Competition or subsequently disqualified from participation due to the use of prohibited aids or other manipulative advantage. Participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or who submit entries which are incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent will not be eligible to win. These excluded, disqualified and non-eligible participants will receive reasonable prior notice, where possible, and be given the possibility to contact the Promoter to object to its decision.

Competition Period

The Competition starts at 12:00 GMT on 29 January 2024 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 07 February 2024.

How to enter

To enter the Competition participants must:

B) Submit their first name, last name and email address

C) Read & approve the T&Cs

D) Select ‘Enter Now’ to enter the competition (by clicking this button, you are consenting to be contacted by PUMA in the case you are the drafted winner and are opted in for further communications)

You can unsubscribe from PUMA emails at any time

Each participant may enter the Competition only once.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify compliance with the Terms and Conditions and to request evidence, in particular regarding the age of the participant.

Winner selection and notification

The Participant will be selected randomly by draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable Competition Period. The draw will take place in the morning of 07 February 2024. The one (1) Participant drawn (“Winner”) will be notified the same day via e-mail. If a notified Winner fails to respond within two (2) calendar days after the notification the Promoter is entitled to select randomly by draw from all remaining eligible entries another individual and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the Winner who shall no longer have the right to claim the prize. The same shall apply if Winner, following the acceptance of the prize, fails to respond to Promoter’s request to provide the information on where to send the prize to. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.

Prize

The Winner will receive a prize which consists of the following: One (1) FUTURE FG/AG Football Boot signed by Jack Grealish.(“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the Winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes are available. Legal recourse is excluded. Promoter may substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer

The Promoter is liable without limitation to the extent that the cause of damage is based on intent or gross negligence Furthermore, Promoter shall be liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, the breach of which jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or for the breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the participant regularly relies (cardinal obligations).

The Promoter is not liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations other than those mentioned in the previous sentences.

Except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Promoter or its agents, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, corrupted, late, quarantined entries or entries not received by the Promoter, regardless of the cause.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may be incurred by the Winner or the Accompanying Person during the conduct of the Event. The Winner and the Accompanying Person undertake the trip at their own risk.

The Promoter does not take out any medical, travel, cancellation or liability insurance in connection with the Prize

The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failure or damage of any kind.

The above limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health.

Governing Law

Each Competition (including these Rules, any Specific Rules and all matters incidental thereto) shall be governed by English law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions, including the Application Form, are available at uk.puma.com/uk/en/giveaway.

By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these rules.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which comes as close as possible to the presumed intention and the intended purpose of the contract, and the parties undertake to make the necessary declarations to this.

PRIVACY NOTICE

The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Participants personal data. It is important that Participants read this notice so that Participants are aware of how and why the Promoter are using such personal data. This privacy notice describes how the Promoter collects and use personal data about Participants during and after the Participant’s relationship with the Promoter, in accordance with data protection law.

What personal data will the Promoter collect and how will it be used ?

The Promoter will collect and process Participant’s personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition; keeping a record of the Winner for compliance and auditing purposes and to provide the Winner with their prize.

Personal data

The Promoter may collect and process the following personal data about Participants:

  1. Full name
  2. Phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Your age, or confirmation you are old enough to take part

Who is the Data Controller?

The Promoter is the “Data Controller” of Participants personal data. This means that the Promoter decides what personal data is used for, and the ways in which it is processed. For the avoidance of doubt, personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. As the data controller, the Promoter has the responsibility to comply, and to demonstrate compliance with, data protection law.

Sharing Participants personal data

The Promoter works with approved third-party providers who help the Promoter to provide some of its services. These partners only use Participants’ personal data on behalf of the Promoter and not independently of the Promoter.

The Promoter may share personal data with a third party where required or permitted by law.

Retaining personal data

The Promoter shall keep records of Winners for two (2) years for auditing and compliance purposes.

Your personal data will be stored in the UK.

Participants’ rights and more information

Participants have rights under data protection law:

  1. Participants can request a copy of the personal data the Promoter stores about the Participant.
  2. The Participant has the right to request that the Promoter rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that the Promoter holds about the Participant.
  3. Participants have the right to ask for the personal data the Promoter collects about the Participant to be deleted, however there are limitations and exceptions to this right which may entitle the Promoter to refuse the Participant’s request.
  4. In certain circumstances Participants have the right to restrict the processing of the Participant’s personal data, or to object to the processing of the Participant’s personal data.
