Return Information

In addition to your legal cancellation right, PUMA offers you voluntarily an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge.


How to return


We offer free returns following the below return method up to 30 days after delivery.

Use the return label provided in your parcel, or if you don't have a return label, you can register your return via the Evri Return Portal by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the Return Portal link, search for PUMA and fill out the form.
  2. Either generate a QR code or print out your return label and include the completed return note inside your parcel.
  3. Attach the return label to the outside of your parcel or take your QR and hand it over at the nearest Evri Parcelshop. Alternatively, you can request for Evri to collect your return from your address.
  4. Please keep hold of your returns receipt as this may be required should we have to investigate your return parcel.
  5. It will not be possible to process a refund without a valid proof of returns receipt or tracking number.

Please note that we only offer a returns service with Evri, and not DPD.

It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive the goods, conduct our quality checks and issue the refund. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction.


What is the return policy for orders placed during the festive period?


For orders placed between 02.11.24, and 20.12.24, we’re pleased to offer an extended return period of 90 days. For any orders placed outside of this timeframe, our usual 30 days return period will apply.


Exchanges


It is not possible to exchange your purchased styles for technical reasons. Please place a new order on uk.puma.com/gb/en
