Return Information

In addition to your legal cancellation right, PUMA offers you voluntarily an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge.

What is the return policy for orders placed during the festive period?

For orders placed between 24.11.25 and 19.12.25, we're pleased to offer an extended return period of 60 days. Any orders placed after 19.12.25 will be subject to the original 30 day return period.


How to return

We offer free returns following the below return method up to 30 days after delivery.

Use the return label provided in your parcel, or if you don't have a return label, you can register your return via the Evri Return Portal by following the steps below:


  1. Click through to the Evri Return Portal, search for the PUMA and follow the instructions.
  2. Generate a QR code or print out your return label, then include the completed return slip inside your packaged parcel.
  3. Hand your parcel over at your nearest Evri parcelshop.
  4. Please ensure that you obtain your receipt & returns tracking number via email when dropping off your return parcel.

It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive the goods, conduct our quality checks and issue the refund. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction.


Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange your purchased styles for technical reasons.
