• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Raffle,participant confirms to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions
• Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be residents of the United Kingdom Employees of Promoter, their affiliates or parties engaged in the conduct of the Raffle as well as any of their affiliated companies and their family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. Participant confirms that all information provided by participant in connection with the Raffle is true and correct. Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants if they are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participants who use prohibited aids or otherwise gain advantage through manipulation can be excluded from participation in the Raffle or subsequently disqualified from participation. Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who submit entries which are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent, will not be eligible to win.
• Raffle Period: The Raffle starts at 09:00 am British Summer Time on27^th of October 2023 and ends at 09:00 am British Summer Time 28^th of October 2023.
• How to Enter: To enter the Raffle participants must A. Download the PUMA App & create an account. B. Search for the Toxic Waste splatters that are located within the PUMA App. C. Screenshot any and all the splatters you find, upload them to your story and tag @puma.uk D.3 winners will be selected at random on the 30^th October.
• Each participant may enter the Raffle multiple times by uploading different screenshots of the different splatters to your story and following the above rules.
• Winner selection and notification: A Participant will be selected randomly by draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable Raffle period. The draw will take place on Monday 30^th October 2023. The 3 participants drawn (the “Winner”) will be notified via Instagram direct message during the day of the draw. If a notified Winner fails to respond within one (1) calendar day after the notification, the Promoter is entitled to select randomly by draw from all remaining eligible entries another individual and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the Winner who shall no longer have the right to claim the prize. The same shall apply if Winner, following the acceptance of the prize, fails to respond to Promoter’s request to provide the information on where to send the prize to within fourteen (1) day. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.
• Prize: Winner will receive a prize which will consist of the following: The Winner will receive a prize which consists of the following: one (1) out of three (3) pair of MB.03 Toxic basketball shoes plus a £100 voucher valid on PUMA.com. (“Prize”). The voucher must be used in one purchase and cannot be split out over multiple purchases. Should the basket surpass the £100 limit, the winner will cover the cost of the remaining basket value. The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the Winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes are available. Promoter may substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
• Data Protection: By entering the raffle, your data will be processed by PUMA United Kingdom Ltd.
• Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer:. If Promoter fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Promoter is responsible for loss or damage the participant suffers that is a foreseeable result of Promoter breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable skill and care, but Promoter are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its’ employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of participants’ consumer law rights.
