Agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition, participant confirms to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be residents of the United Kingdom Employees of Promoter, their affiliates or parties engaged in the conduct of the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition as well as any of their affiliated companies and their family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. Participant confirms that all information provided by participant in connection with the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition is true and correct. Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants if they are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participants who use prohibited aids or otherwise gain advantage through manipulation can be excluded from participation in the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition or subsequently disqualified from participation. Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who submit entries which are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent, will not be eligible to win.
WILDCARD’s Wanted competition Period: The WILDCARD’s Wanted competition starts on 17th of November 2025 and ends 26th of November 2025.
How to Enter: To enter the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition participants must A. Post their WILDCARD moment from the last twelve (12) months only to either their story or feed, or tag PUMA.UK Instagram in a clip that’s already on your feed B. Tag PUMA.UK and use #WILDCARDS in any new stories or posts C. Each category has a different submission activity. Football is for best football achievement (trick/goal/save), Running is fastest 10k or half marathon time, CYPHER is best 8 bars and HYROX is top HYROX time. D. Four (4) winners from each category will be selected.
Each participant may enter the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition multiple times by uploading different videos/photos of the different activities to your story/feed and following the above rules.
By entering, participants grant PUMA United Kingdom Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute and edit their entry content (including name, likeness, performance, and submitted videos or images) for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes related to the competition and future PUMA campaigns, across all media.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.
Winner selection and notification: Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality and alignment with the spirit of the WILDCARD’s Wanted campaign, as judged by a panel appointed by PUMA. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. A total of sixteen (16) winners - four (4) per category - will be selected by the judging panel from all eligible entries received during the competition period. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message by 27th November 2025.
If a notified Winner fails to respond within two (2) calendar days after the notification, the Promoter is entitled to select randomly by draw from all remaining eligible entries another individual and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the Winner who shall no longer have the right to claim the prize. The same shall apply if Winner, following the acceptance of the invitation, fails to respond to Promoter’s request to provide the information on required for the final competition within one (1) day. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.
By accepting the prize, winners agree that their name, social handle, and/or likeness may be used by PUMA for promotional purposes in connection with this competition without additional compensation.
Prize: Winners will be invited to the PUMA Flagship store launch event on 4th December to compete in the final competition which will consist of x4 WILDCARDS per category and x4 influencers/talent. The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the Winner. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes are available. Promoter may substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Overall competition winners from the event within each category will receive a selection of PUMA prizes, as determined by the Promoter. Final prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Winners are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and any other costs associated with attending the Event, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
Data Protection: By entering the WILDCARD’s Wanted competition, your data will be processed by PUMA United Kingdom Ltd.
Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer: If Promoter fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Promoter is responsible for loss or damage the participant suffers that is a foreseeable result of Promoter breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable skill and care, but Promoter are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of its’ employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of participants’ consumer law rights. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If you are a chosen WILDCARD for the event:
This form, once agreed, will allow you to attend and participate in the Event, provided that you read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the filming notice. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and/or the filming notice, please do not book or attend the Event.
Filming Notice
Please note that PUMA United Kingdom Ltd (“PUMA”), its agents and its retail partners will be capturing video footage and photography of the Event, which may identify you. In consideration of your participation in the Event, you confirm you grant permission to use such video footage and photography, for its own purposes, including on our social media posts and campaigns, as well as for internal and external presentations; and you do not object to us storing copies of the video footage or photography. If you do not want to be captured in the video footage or photography, please do not book or attend the Event.
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS STATEMENT BEFORE ATTENDING THE EVENT.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. I understand, acknowledge and agree the following:
1.1. Participation in the Event is subject to these Terms and Conditions and your attendance to the Event is your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. I am aged 18 or over; I am medically and physically fit; I am sufficiently prepared and/or trained for participation in the Event and have not been advised not to participate by a qualified medical professional. I am not aware of any health-related problems or conditions which would prevent me from attending or participating in the Event. If my health or fitness changes adversely in any way I will seek and follow medical advice before attending and/or participating in the Event.
1.3. The views and opinions expressed by PUMA’s agents and partners at the Event are based on their own personal experiences. They do not reflect the views or opinions of PUMA, nor do they provide medical advice. Information provided during the Event is not a substitute for seeking professional health advice; if you have concerns about your own mental or physical health or that of someone known to you then you should always consult your GP, doctor or local qualified healthcare professional.
1.4. I will not attend or participate in the Event if I am under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
1.5. I understand that whilst at the Event there may be times when I am not able to use mobile telephones, cameras and other recording equipment. I will not use such equipment unless I am allowed to do so, and any use will be for my personal and private use, and I will respect the privacy of everyone else in attendance at the Event.
1.6. I will report any injuries sustained while attending and/or participating in the Event to an employee or representative of PUMA and I will seek the advice of the first aider in attendance at the Event where appropriate.
1.7. I will act responsibly and sensibly and will at all times comply with these Terms and Conditions, any other instructions issued by PUMA and/or its representatives, and any health, safety, and security policies and procedures applicable at the Event.
1.8. If I do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if I act in a manner which is abusive or threatening PUMA and its partners and agents may refuse entry to or ask me to leave the Event and may ban me from attendance and/or participation in future events.
1.9 PUMA reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for reasons beyond its reasonable control (including health and safety concerns, venue issues, or government restrictions). In such cases, PUMA shall not be liable for any costs incurred by participants.
Injury Waiver and Release of Liability
2. PUMA will only process your personal data in accordance with PUMA’s Privacy Policy, which is available to read at https://uk.PUMA.com/pages/PUMA-privacy-notice, and as set out in these Terms and Conditions with regard to the delivery and operation of the Events.
3. I understand that CCTV surveillance and other security procedures may be in operation at the Event. I acknowledge and agree that I will be responsible for all personal belongings taken to the Event.
4. I understand that my attendance at and/or participation in the Event could result in me injuring myself and/or others and, in some instances, could even cause serious injury or death.
5. I understand and agree that in the absence of any negligence or other breach by PUMA, my attendance at and participation in the Event will be entirely at my own risk.
6. I agree that PUMA will have no responsibility to me for any:
6.1. travel, accommodation and subsistence costs;
6.2. special, consequential and/or indirect loss or damage (i.e. any loss or damage that is not foreseeable);
6.3. loss of salary and/or enjoyment;
6.4. loss and/or damage to equipment and/or personal belongings (including theft); and/or
6.5. acts and/or omissions of other people attending and/or participating in the Event.
7. Each of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions:
7.1. apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the exclusions and/or limitations will be deemed to be worded to take effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; and
7.2. do not limit and/or exclude PUMA’s liability for death or personal injury due to PUMA’s negligence.
8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales, and I will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any claim and/or liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Event.
WORKOUT PARTICIPATION - DISCLAIMER NOTICE:
9. I understand, acknowledge and agree the following:
9.1. My participation in any workout is voluntary. The exercises are physically challenging and carry with them risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. This includes the risk of personal injury
9.2. I will:
9.2.1. act responsibly and sensibly at all times;
9.2.2. not participate if I am pregnant or under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs;
9.2.3. follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to me by an instructor or therapist; and
9.2.4. obtain professional or specialist advice from my doctor before participating. I understand that PUMA and any instructors at the event are not qualified to express an opinion that I am fit to safely participate.
10. In the absence of negligence or other breach of duty by PUMA or any instructors at the event, my participation is entirely at my own risk, and PUMA is not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of my property or belongings while using the facilities.
