This Competition is run subject to English law and regulation.
Agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the Competition, participant confirms to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, X or any other social media platform used in connection with the Competition.
By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition should be directed to the Promoter and not to any social media platform
Eligibility
- All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be residents of the United Kingdom.
- Participants must physically attend the store themselves to create the Entry.
- Participants must have a valid personal Instagram social media account and comply with the platform’s own terms and conditions.
- Employees of the Promoter, their affiliates or parties engaged in the conduct of or otherwise professionally connected with the Competition as well as any of their affiliated companies and their family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or to win, this includes staff and contractors engaged in any capacity at the Flagship Store.
- Participant confirms that all information provided in connection with the Competition is true and correct.
- Promoter reserves the right to exclude or disqualify participants if they are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Participants who use prohibited aids or otherwise gain advantage through manipulation can be excluded from participation in the Competition or subsequently disqualified from participation.
Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who submit entries which are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent, will not be eligible to win. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
Competition Period: The Competition starts at 10.00H on 16/04/2026 and ends at 13.00H on 23/04/2026. All Competition entries submitted after the competition period are automatically disqualified.
How to Enter:
To enter the Competition, participants must, during the Competition Period:
- Visit the PUMA flagship store located at 376-384 Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom (the Participating Store) during the Competition Period
- Wear official Manchester City football kit whilst in the Participating Store.
- The kit may be owned by the participant or be otherwise lawfully worn by them. No purchase is required to enter the Competition, and participants may wear Manchester City kit available in the Participating Store without making a purchase.
- Take a photograph of themselves (“selfie”) inside the Participating Store, clearly showing the participant wearing the Manchester City kit.
- Photographs may be taken using mirrors within the store.
- Photographs must be taken in publicly accessible areas of the store only.
- The photograph must not feature any other identifiable individuals unless they have given their consent.
- Post the photograph on Instagram from the participant’s own personal account, ensuring that:
- the post is set to public;
- the official PUMA and Man City tags @PUMA.UK & @MANCITY are tagged;
- the location of the Participating Store is added to the post.
- The post must remain publicly visible and unchanged until the winner has been announced. Late deletions of the Entry from the social media platforms may mean the Entry is disqualified.
- Entries must not contain offensive, misleading or infringing content.
Entry Limits
One (1) entry per person is permitted during the Competition Period.
Multiple posts, duplicate entries, or attempts to enter more than once may result in disqualification.
Additional Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- it considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or damaging to the PUMA brand or the Manchester City brand and may request deletion of posts;
- Breaches the rules of the social media platform Instagram.
Participants must comply with all reasonable instructions and rules of the Participating Store while taking part in the Competition.
In particular, participants must:
- behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times;
- comply with all in‑store policies, including health, safety and security requirements;
- not cause disruption, nuisance or inconvenience to other customers or staff;
- not obstruct store entrances, exits, walkways or fitting areas;
- not film or photograph store staff or other customers without their prior consent; and
- remain within publicly accessible areas of the store at all times.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the Competition or disqualify any participant whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise contrary to these Terms and Conditions or the reasonable expectations of the Participating Store.
Use of Entries and Intellectual Property
By entering the Competition, each participant confirms that they are the creator and owner of the photograph and any accompanying content submitted as part of their entry (including handle name, captions and social media posts) (the Entry).
Each participant hereby grants to PUMA United Kingdom Ltd a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive licence, for the duration of the Competition and thereafter, to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, adapt and re‑format the Entry, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Competition and PUMA and/or Manchester City branded campaigns, across PUMA’s owned and operated channels (including social media, websites, email and in‑store displays).
This licence includes the right for PUMA to:
- repost or reshare the Entry on PUMA’s social media channels;
- display the Entry in‑store or on PUMA websites;
- use the participant’s name and/or social media handle in connection with the Entry.
Participants acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any payment, compensation or further approval in connection with PUMA’s use of their Entry.
Each participant warrants and represents that:
- they have all rights necessary to grant this licence;
- the Entry does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
- where the Entry contains any other identifiable individual, that individual has provided their prior consent to be featured.
Winner selection and notification:
Entries will be judged on style, creativity, and brand relevance by the Social and Media team. The judge's decision is final.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram by the Promoter on 23rd April 2026 after 13.00 and will be asked to provide name, surname and email address. This information must be provided in order to claim the prize. Failure to provide the information within the timeframe detailed below will result in the prize being forfeited.
If the winner fails to respond to the Promoter’s request within 2 hours of the notification, the Promoter is entitled to select from all remaining eligible entries another individual and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the winner who shall no longer have the right to claim the prize. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition. This may include the use of their name and/or social media handle by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and related promotional announcements, without additional compensation.
Prize
A pair of tickets for the Man City V Southampton Cup Semi Final match at Wembley Stadium, London on 25/04/2026. Kick off at 17.15h.
The Prize is non-transferable and can only be claimed personally by the winner.
Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitute prizes are available. Promoter may substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize in case the Prize cannot be provided due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Tickets may be revoked for misconduct or if put up for resale.
Exclusions: Travel, accommodation, food and drinks are not included.
Data Protection
By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by PUMA United Kingdom Ltd (the Promoter) for the purposes of administering the Competition, including validating entries, selecting and contacting winners, delivering prizes and complying with applicable legal obligations.
The personal data processed may include the participant’s name, email address, date of birth, social media handle, photograph(s) submitted as part of the entry and any other information reasonably required to administer the Competition.
Personal data may be shared with Manchester City Football Club, prize fulfilment partners and marketing agencies solely to the extent necessary to administer the Competition and fulfil the Prize.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at Privacy Policy | PUMA UK (https://uk.puma.com/uk/en/help/privacy-policy), and will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of the Competition, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Participants have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If participants do not wish for their personal data to be processed in this way, they should not enter the Competition.
Filming Notice
Please note that PUMA United Kingdom Ltd (“PUMA”), its agents and retail partners may capture incidental video footage and photography within the Participating Store, which may identify customers present in the store, including participants in the Competition. Such footage may be used by PUMA for legitimate business purposes, including security, operational, marketing or promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Participation in the Competition involves the creation and submission of user‑generated content by the participant. Any photographs or videos taken and posted by participants as part of their Entry are created voluntarily and remain subject to the Use of Entries and Intellectual Property section of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants who do not wish to be incidentally captured in store footage should not take part in the Competition or remain within filming areas of the Participating Store.
