Requesting an account deletion
If you are a registered PUMA app user, you can ask to have your account deleted directly on the PUMA app.
To do so, follow the steps below:
- Log into your user account on the PUMA app.
Note: Please ensure that you are logged in in the correct country; you can change your country by going to “Account > Settings > Country & Language” - Once you're logged in, go to “Account > Help”.
- Tap on FAQ.
- In the FAQ section, choose "Delete account", the link will load a disclaimer.
- Read the full disclaimer and confirm that you wish to delete your account.
Once we've received your request, you’ll receive a notification confirming account deletion and letting you know the average processing time for account deletion in your country.
