Delivery terms

We deliver to the delivery address specified by you.

The standard delivery period is 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or during checkout.

Please note that orders containing personalised products incur an extra 2-4 days delivery due to production time, on top of our standard delivery timeframe.

Next day delivery is not available for orders containing personalised products.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free standard shipping for order values per country specific currency thresholds (please find more information in the list below). We also offer express shipping.

• Free shipping on orders worth £50 and over
• £3.95 for standard shipping
• £9.95 for express shipping

3. Special Edition Commemorative City Jersey

As this special edition Manchester City 2022/23 jersey is made to order, it will take up to 90 days to be delivered. This will apply to all items in the order.

Should you wish to purchase more than one item in conjunction with the Commemorative jersey, we would recommend making 2 orders.
