Delivery terms

1. Delivery

We offer delivery services with both Evri and DPD, with the option to choose your preferred service at the checkout.

Our standard delivery timeframe is between 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or during checkout.

Please note that orders containing personalised products incur an extra 2-4 days delivery due to production time, on top of our standard delivery timeframe. Next day & express delivery services are not available for orders containing personalised products. Delivery to Northern Ireland is only available via Evri, not DPD.

Please note that DPD do not deliver on weekends. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free standard shipping with Evri on orders over £50.00 GBP.

• Evri Express Shipping (1-2 working days - 2pm cut off) - £6.99
• DPD Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday only - 2pm cut off) - £7.99
